The Bride Wore Zuhair Murad: A Closer Look At Anisha Rosnah’s Reception Dress
The modest long-sleeve ivory dress, embellished with embroidered floral motifs and crystal detailing, was paired with a cascading veil and tiara. The bride held a matching clutch, presumably made from the same fabric as the dress when arriving at the reception.

Photos of her breathtakingly beautiful wedding gown were shared by the designer’s official Instagram account on Monday evening.

“During the Royal Wedding of Prince Abdul Mateen of Brunei, the bride wore a custom Zuhair Murad gown in celebration of the special occasion. The House wishes luck and happiness to the beautiful couple,” read the caption.
This is one of the many looks the bride wore throughout the 10-day nuptials.

The bride wore Dior — a royal favourite for regal weddings — to her wedding ceremony, which took place on Sunday, January 14.

On January 3, the bride-to-be attended the Khatam Quran ceremony in an elegant pearly white custom-made baju kurung.
This traditional attire features a loosely fitted long-sleeved blouse over a long sarong or skirt that touches the ground. The ensemble, designed by Brunei’s leading fashion designer Teh Firdaus, was crafted with fabric woven using traditional methods, creating intricate patterns and designs. The dress was embellished with floral patterns along the sleeves and along the blouse, adding a touch of sophistication to this regal affair.

For another ceremony on 10 January, known as The Majlis Istiadat Berbedak, the bride wore a traditional all-red ensemble. The striking silk gown featured pleated detailing across the bodice and intricate golden accents.

Anisha entered the ceremony with a red lace veil covering her face, which was later removed to reveal a stunning golden traditional headpiece. She completed the look with stacks of gold bracelets, yellow-jewelled earrings and a significant brooch.

Known as “The Powdering Ceremony”, The Majlis Istiadat Berbedak sees friends and family of the couple applying traditional scented oils over the palms of the bride and groom to invoke blessings and good fortune.
