The Oscar-nominated singer-songwriter steps into one of the biggest acting roles of her career, portraying Patrizia Reggiani – ex-wife of Maurizio Gucci, the grandson sound of Guccio Gucci and heir to the Italian fashion house empire – in the upcoming film, House of Gucci, which premieres this November.
While the film spans not one but three decades and covers the events that led up to the murder of Maurizio, there certainly is no shortage of glamour when it comes to dressing all of the actors (according to Variety, costume designer Janty Yates was granted full access to the Gucci archive to dress the star-studded cast – and, naturally, Gaga has some of the best looks. In the trailer that was released last weekend, she can be seen dancing the night away in Bulgari jewellery and skiing on the slopes in the chicest of snow suits.

Gucci Fur-ever
The first glimpse of the “Black Widow” (as Patrizia was referred to after the murder) shows the leading lady in a lush (possibly faux?) fur coat, red halter dress and blood red lip to match. Draped in gold jewellery, she certainly looks dangerous from the get-go…

A vision in white lace, Patrizia sit with the Gucci family in this scene where Aldo Gucci is reprimanded for his less-than-chic fashion choices.
Pink & Black Polka Dots
Nothing shouts 80’s glamour more than this look. In this striking puffed-sleeved polka dot look and statement gold chain necklace, Gaga swears on “Father, Son, House of Gucci” as she promises to keep a secret.
