Make-up And Fragrance
Foundation / concealer: Hourglass Vanish Airbrush Concealer in Beech and Clé de Peau Beauté Concealer Stick in Ocher. I do not wear foundation, but my favourite skin tint is Summer Fridays Sheer Skin Tint.

Go-to lip colour: During the daytime, I use the Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm in Cherry. When I know I will be in the sun, I use Tatcha Kissu Lip Tint SPF 25 in Camellia. For the evening, I typically use Lisa Eldridge True Velvet Lip Colour in Velvet Muse.

Mascara: Victoria Beckham Future Lash Mascara.

Hair:
I go to SAY Hair Salon and see Patrick for my colour and Nino for a They are both the co-founders of the salon and I have been going for years.
Hair Schedule: I use COLOR WOW Colour Security Shampoo Conditioner. These two products are amazing and really do not strip and prolong the life of your colour. I also use the COLOR WOW Dream or twice a week. Post delivering my babies and going through the postpartum hair loss, I started using COLOR WOW’s Youth Juice.

Skin & Body Routine:
When I first wake up I have a more simplified routine. I cleanse, apply a toner (currently Tatcha’s The Texture Tonic), hyaluronic serum, and then use my NuFace Microcurrent Device every morning while having my hot water with lemon and apple cider vinegar.
Post gym and shower, I cleanse, use the same toner, an eye serum and follow with a Vitamin C or Lactic Acid serum, moisturiser and finally SPF.
Evening:
I double cleanse but start with an oil-based cleanser to remove any make-up and SPF. After cleansing, I first use my LYMA laser for 15-30 minutes all over my face, or just around the eye area depending on how much time I have. I then follow with a cream or gel-based cleanser and an exfoliating liquid toner. After this I use a hyaluronic acid-based serum (Dr. Barbara Sturm Super Anti-Aging Serum) and eye serum (Agent Nateur Holi (Glow) Ageless Eye and Lip Serum). Next, I use an acid-based serum and a moisturiser.
Moisturiser:
I alternate between two or three, depending on what my skin is needing. When I feel my skin is red, irritated or very dry I use Tatcha’s Indigo Overnight Repair to immediately soothe my skin. It’s an amazing product. My daily daytime moisturiser alternates between Tatcha’s Dewy Cream and Dr. Barbara Sturm Glow Cream.

Cleansers:
My go-to cleansers are Tatcha’s Rice Wash, MZSkin AHA Cleanser, Dr. Barbara Sturm Enzyme Cleanser, Tatcha’s Camellia Cleansing Oil the Tatcha Texture Tonic and the Dr. Barbara Sturm Toner. Tatcha Camellia Cleansing Oil (I love this one as it removes all make-up and SPF from skin and you do not need a muslin cloth to do so), the Augustinus Cleansing Balm and
Miracle Product:
LYMA laser for all-round skin followed by a cold compress.

Nateur Holi (Glow) Eye Serum
